Notification of Contract Award Decision for the Procurement Project of 112 Items of Stationery, Office Equipment, and Standard Vocational Tools for Sar-e-Pul University

In accordance with Paragraph (2), Article 43 of the Procurement Law, it is hereby publicly announced that Sar-e-Pul University intends to award the contract for the procurement of 112 items of stationery, office equipment, and standard vocational tools to Mostafa Yousufi Logistics Services Company, holding license number D-01-D-01-1767, with the address: Sar-e-Pul, Now City, in front of Ice Factory, Sar-e-Pul Center, Afghanistan, at a total contract amount of AFN 4,144,809 (Four million one hundred forty-four thousand eight hundred nine Afghanis).

Any natural or legal person who has objections regarding this decision may submit their written complaint, along with supporting evidence, to the Sar-e-Pul University Directorate within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Procurement Law.

Please note that this notice does not constitute a contract, and the contract shall not be signed until the above-mentioned period has passed and all legal procedures have been duly completed.
