The Sar-e-pul Institute of Higher Education provides the standardized access to education by enhancing the academic quality of instructors, developing training, and completing the necessary equipments, so that the youth of the country can achieve their scientific and specialized goals, training and skills needed and can contribute well to the development of their country.
